In-Bond Entry Type

A code representing the ACS code for the various types ofin-bond movements.Valid codes are :
61 = Immediate Transportation (IT) – In-bond movement transporting a cargo shipment from the port of unlading to the port of destination under bond for entry or disposition. 62 = Transportation & Exportation (T&E) – In-bond movement transporting a cargo shipment from the port of unlading to the port of destination for exportation from the United States. 63 = Immediate Exportation (IE) – In-bond movement that retains a foreign cargo shipment within the port of unlading under bond for exportation without duty. |
Mode of Transport

Total number of pieces in the container being described, if there is only one description record for a container. This field is required for the first record. This is the number of the smallest exterior package units. A carton, box, bag, or crate are example, of smallest exterior packaging, a pallet and container are not. |

HazMat Code

Identification number assigned to the hazardous material. |
HazMat Class 1
|
A code representing the hazardous class or division designated for the material in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) code. |

HazMat Description

The proper shipping name of the material designated as hazardous. |
HazMat Contact
|
The name and/or phone number of the person or department to contact in case of an emergency. |

The page number of the IMDG code in which the hazardous material identification appears. |
HazMat Flash Point Temp
|
A code representing the lowest temperature at which the vapor of a hazardous combustible liquid will ignite in the air. |
HazMat Flashpoint Negative Indicator |
A code of N is used when a flashpoint temperature is negative, that is, below 0 degrees Centigrade/Celsius. |
HazMat Unit of Measure

A code CE, representing degrees Centigrade/Celsius, the basic unit of measurement for the flashpoint temperature. |
